Usinng a Chinese proverb, Singapore Workers' Party (WP) secretary-general Low Thia Khiang said during a press conference after a walkabout that began in Hougang and ended at the Aljunied Group Representation Constituency (GRC): "We know that there is a tiger in the mountain, and yet we are still moving towards it."
What does it mean by the GRC?
